I work 50+ hours a week in retail mgmt. Should I take a job at Mass Mutual part time given the opportunity?

Is Capital insurance a good company?

We are shopping around for home owners & car insurance. Capital Insurance & Financial Services, LLC is coming in cheaper & with more coverage than other places. I have not heard of them before (which doesn’t mean anything) but I can’t find much on them on the net. Just wondering if they have been a good company for others & if you recommend them.

This is intresting to me, I am a recruiter for a financial services company and I talk to many people everyday.. One saying I keep running into I like to call the” I’m fine” syndrome.They say ” I don’t like my job and I’m drowning in debt but I’m fine.”Another is,”I’m sorry I’m not intrested in a 6 figure opportunity,we have a union.”
I even had someone tell me it is illegal to pay off a mortgage.
So what do you think, do we have these sayings locked and loaded for the next time anyone challenges our comfort zone?

I’m going to an assessment centre for a customer service role with a financial services company and I wanted to know what i can expect. They said i dont need to prepare for it so i want to hear from others that have been to one of these.
Also the dress code said ‘business attire’ so im goin to wear a pants suit but is it absolutetly necessary to wear a shirt/blouse or can i get away with a top without a collar?
