I’m going to an assessment centre for a customer service role with a financial services company and I wanted to know what i can expect. They said i dont need to prepare for it so i want to hear from others that have been to one of these.
Also the dress code said ‘business attire’ so im goin to wear a pants suit but is it absolutetly necessary to wear a shirt/blouse or can i get away with a top without a collar?

    You should do some research on the company in case they are going to interview you, aslso, dress professional since the first impression counts, good luck!
